Rooted in linguistic research, international Deaf culture benchmarks, and contextual Ghanaian reality.
We embed Dean & Pollard’s DCS model across all training modules, training interpreters to identify environmental, interpersonal, paralinguistic, and intrapersonal demands, and deploy optimal ethical controls.
GhSL is a complete, distinct linguistic system with indigenous grammatical structures and regional idiomatic expressions. Our trainers preserve linguistic purity while facilitating cross-dialect intelligibility.
Guided by the Persons with Disability Act (Act 715) and UNCRPD Article 21, we advocate for mandatory sign language access across Ghanaian courts, hospitals, educational institutions, and televised broadcasts.
